amendments to the Alaska Statutes as recommended by the revisor                
of statutes; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 415(JUD) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
